OTR's Telecommunication industry group has 27 reporters in the United States, United Kingdom, South Korea, Poland, Japan, Italy, Germany and China.

Senior Editor: Hartmut Leuschner, Telecommunications   Hartmut Leuschner is Director of European Research and Lead Editor of Global Telecommunications for OTR Global as well as Managing Director of Off The Record GmbH, OTR’s affiliated European research company. Hartmut oversees a team of 27 reporters who contribute European input to OTR's global panel reports and about 60 Europe-specific reports a year for selected clients. He studied law at Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen and farming at Agricultural College Forchheim. In 1994 he won the journalism award of the Bavarian counties for his weekly column at Nuernberger Nachrichten, one of Germany's large daily newspapers. For several years he worked as a project manager of a public relations and marketing agency in Erlangen.
